Move users to another Orion server

Does anyone know if it is possible to just copy the accounts table from an existing Orion to another one (or script a SQL job to insert the new users into the table)?

I have to either do this or create a LOT of user accounts with all of their particular settings to a new Orion server.

Has anyone done this?

Is this a failed server replacement or just a simple server transfer? If so all you need to do is do a backup of the SQL database and restore it on the new server.

If this is a secondary instalation with no connection to the old server I would say it would probably be possible to just copy the table that your account information is in. All it does is check against those tables for a reference check.
