Assign two snmp listening ports to one host or assign a specific udp port to a custom mib

I have a problem.  I need to monitor a server (Linux) hardware as well as a third party application.  The application is Java, and all SNMP from it is sent to port 1610.  It is unable, they say, to collect any of the resources MIB.  So now I either have to monitor the hardware or the application.

I am hoping there is a solution the Orion is able to do, because getting the application updated is a bear.
