Custom Report help

Hi guys,

I have searched all over the site, and attempted this report on my own using pieces of sql from other reports. I'm pulling my hair out and can't get what I want. So hopefully you guys can help me or at least point me in the right direction. Here's what I'm trying to do. I want to see downtime in minutes as a total of all my switches in the snmp community of Switch_admin. Basically looking for a one line report that looks like this:

Switches in Community	Total Minutes Downtime
284	487

I have figured out how to get the total number of switches, but the minutes of total downtime is another story. Oh, almost forgot, this should be for a 7 day period, so I can set it to run automatically on a weekly basis, Any help would be greatly appreciated.
