I have a mix of Cisco and Nortel switches. is there a way to bulk make the ports plugable/unplugable to cut down on alerts? I'd like to be able to just get alerts if an upload or trunk port starts having problems.

On the Manage Nodes Page, change the Top Dropdown from Nodes to Interfaces, then it will change to only show interfaces, then you can change the Sorting on the Left Side to Vendor, then select Cisco, select the top Checkbox to select all Interfaces, then you can select Edit Properties, and select Display interface as unplugged rather than down and press Submit. Editing a lot of Interfaces may take a few minutes for the change to take effect.
