There appears to be a memory leak in the v.8.0.1 Orion product. Any news / updates on this?

Orion comprises a number of different services. Could you give us more detail on what problems you are experiencing? Your title says "Syslog"...is it that service you're seeing problems with?
What problems are you seeing?

Yes. The SyslogService.exe continues to eat memory until it finally dies.
I am running on a Windows 2003 server with 2GB memory. The last time I killed it and restarted the service was using 169MB of memory and was still climbing.
The file version is 8.1.2531.22999
Thanks,
Jeremy

To my knowledge, we have not seen this issue before. We will try to replicate your problem and figure out what's going on.

Thanks. I'll keep you informed as well.

Here is a screenshot of my lastest syslogservice.exe memory leak. Seems that services.exe is also crazy out-of-control.

Looks like the services.exe memory problem was related to the Event Log.
It also seems *I hope* that reinstalling 2003 SP1 and then reinstalling Orion fixed the syslogserver.exe memory problem.
