Error while Test Advanced Alert in Orion NPM 9.1 SP1

Question

I upgraded Orion NPM 8.5 to NPM 9.1 SP1 and all Advanced Alerts look to work as before however when I try to test Advance Alert I get error message:

The following error was encountered while starting the alert test:

-2147217913- The conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime value.

It doesn't matter what variables are used in trigger or reset condition and what action is defined for alert. Basic Alerts test fire works OK.

Appreciate any advice how to fix it.

OK, it works however I'm not sure if Windows 2003 would not install specific regianal settings back depending on admin's ID.

This is a regional settings issue that we are targeting for the next SP.  As a work around, you can set your regional settings to en-us, and the test application should work.
