Universal Device Poller MIB Type Counter will not display chart data

Using a post I found here, I set up UDPs to monitor free space on windows 2008 mount point volumes. The alerts work and Poll Results show the data, but the graphs are empty. How can I get the data to display in the charts on the web site?

Check the properties of the custom poller to be sure that you selected the "Keep historical data" option.

It is checked for each poller.

Is the Web Display type set to Chart rather than gauge or table?

yes. Table is grayed out. If I add Guage, it also shows a value of 0.
