What SQL table contains an alert action's destination emails?

Question

There seems to be so many old an unused remnants in the database tables. I need to know which table entries will be the destinations addresses of a configured action. I have some pagers addresses that need to be moved, and it's not as simple as i had hope. I'm sure someone know exactly which table it is.

Look in the ActionsProperties table look at records where PropertyName equals EmailTo, EmailCC

As Nathatnwilson stated but that is in SWQL notation. In SQL it'd be in the table called Actions in the column called Description.
