Interface Unplugged flashing grey square box

I am using NPM 9.5 and I have set down interfaces to the unplugged state. Now when I look at the node I see a flashing square grey box and if I hover over it the caption says one or more unplugged interfaces. How can I make this go away? I dont want to be notified of unplugged interfaces. The funny thing is only see the box on my Cisco 4507. The 4506 and 3560 are setup the same way and they dont display teh flashing grey box. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try clicking into the device itself - are there elements that show as unknown? What I mean by this is to look for any other interfaces or volumes on this device that appear as Unknown in Orion. If there are, try deleting them and adding them again from list resources and see if that clears it up

cdoyle thanks for the response. I dont have anything that shows up as unknown. They are all either up or unplugged. I hate to have to pull the switch out and add it again, but I may try that if I cant find something else to try.

Instead of deleting and re-adding it, have you tried running a discovery? You can create a discovery with only the node(s) in question and make sure it is on the same polling engine that the node(s) already exist on. I am not sure if this will correct the problem for you, but I figured it was worth suggesting before you delete and re-add the node. Hope this helps.
