No Advanced or Basic Alerts showing in Message Center

The message center is a great idea. Our NOSC wishes to see "All Alerts" both basic and advanced within the message center but No Alerts appear within the message center. Syslog and events work just fine but No Alerts can be found.

 

The filter is set for:

 

All Network Objects or All Device Types or All Vendors.

"Show Triggered Alerts" Today / 250 messages

 

Do I have this set up wrong? 

Any help is appreciated.

This should be some sync issue again not sure.You could try restarting the Solarwinds services and see if it fixes the problem.Or you can go ahead and open a support ticket to look in further.Would you please post back here with the ticket# and the solution you receive from support.
