Error when trying to similuate action for testing

I normally create a send email/page in the trigger actions of the alert template to see how it looks via email to make sure I have the structure the way I want the alert to look. The last 2 days when I try to load the node name or just an overall load of all my devices I get the following errors. I would say before Monday I didn't have any issues with this loading all the nodes we have in our database or even selecting a specific Node. Has anyone else run into this issue? If so what is the fix?

So the alert is for Custom Pollers?

What version of NPM are you using?

Just curious: If you were to open UnDP from the Orion server, does it load correctly?

If it does, will you try running Configuration Wizard from your Orion server to re-establish connection with your database?

This is for a normal alert template so when the trigger action happens it sends a trap to monitoring software our NOC uses called Web top (netcool). The Version of NPM is 11.5.2. I have not tried to create an UnDP not sure how to go about that when this is as I don't have an OID/MIB.

Going to run the configuration wizard and see what happens.
