IIS Application Monitor on Server 2016

Hi,

Apologies if this goes into the wrong place, its my first post

I was wondering whether the IIS Application monitor works on Server 2016?

I've been trying to get it setup to read the IIS instance but I'm getting a PowerShell error

The installed PowerShell WebAdministration module is not functioning properly. System.Management.Automation.ParameterBindingException: Cannot retrieve the dynamic parameters for the cmdlet. Filename: \\?\UNC\xxxx\xxxWebsites\IISConfig\Live\applicationHost.config Error: Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions

any help on what permissions, where the permissions are etc that I need to amend?

as an additional, I've changed the account its using and get the following

PowerShell WebAdministration module test failed.

Web Administration test failed: PowerShell WebAdministration module is not installed.

I've confirmed that the WebAdministration module is installed as part of IIS however. slightly perplexed

I had this issue on an agent node. Changing the credential from my service account to Inherit from Node allowed me to configure from the web console (eliminating having to configure these manually).
