Looks like your DB is full and either is not allowed to grow or is on a drive out of space and cannot.
I am no DBA but thats just what the error seems to point to.

Normally DBs are set to autogrow and SolarWinds DBs are also usually set the same way. So the first thing I would check is drive space.
