Example of a Memory Percent Used Warning Alert?

I'm setting up my first memory( RAM + Virtual ) percent used alert, and I have not been able to find on any examples of this alert. The NPM manualy only has a node down alert.

From my forum searches , there seems to be a concern that SLW only reports on physical memory and not physical + virtual. If there is a work around for this, I'd appreciate any ideas.

These are already monitored and should have alerts enabled by default.

Memory:

first condition: node>instance>(select objects)

second condition: node>memory %(browse all fields)>80%

If you have sam you can monitor the page file by applying the active directory 2003-2012 counters but you have not mentioned what modules you have.

Scope: node property and custom property field conditions
Trigger Condition:
Node Warning Value Reached (Memory Pct Used Threshold ):Yes.

In the node configuration, I set the memory warning and critical thresholds.
