Orion stops logging interface details after upgrade to 9.5.1

In mid February I upgrade from 9.1 to 9.5.1.  Since then, NPM has stopped logging interface detail statistics 3 times. This is for every device. The solution is to reboot the Orion server. This is a huge problem, because the time we notice is when we need to go in a view the information.

Prior to the upgrade I never had an issue like this through a couple years & a couple versions of Orion. Anyone else seen this issue?  the 2nd time Orion tech support had me Add/Remove -> Repair the installation, but that has not fixed the problem.

it is a big problem because SW looks like its fine, the netperfmon process/service is chunking along normally, cpu/memory usage looks like normal operations, so there is no easy way to alert/respond to this without looking for stats and seeing none.

I've been able to just bounce the netperfmon process on my NPM and polling engines and get it going again...maybe do a scheduled batch job to bounce the services nightly (takes only a few seconds).  The one I use on my win2k8 servers is:

taskkill /IM netperfmonservice.exe /T /F
Net Start NetPerfMonService

save that as <filename>.bat  then schedule it to run every night.
