Issue with NPM weathermap feature

I just enabled the show link utilization in Atlas after doing a "connect now" to establish the links. All of the links are showing the proper colors and will pull up the links information when selected. ON a hover over 95% of the links show this dialog box There is no connection between nodes ... Any clues?
