Unplugged Problem?

I wanted to see if anyone else has run into this. I'm trying to change a good amount of ports to "unplugged" and it seems to only change a few of them instead of the entire amount I've selected. I thought this might have been a known bug and think I may have asked before but I was unable to find it in the forum. Anyone else having this problem?

Maybe we can get this looked at also?

Now that I think about it maybe this is by design. All of these ports are Admin down and they should all be unplugged, but maybe the flaw prevented them from being "unplugged". I think the Admin down should trump the unplugged. Thoughts?

Hi, is this something that has been fixed? I have this problem and am trying to fix fix it. Running NPM 9.5 SP5 (I think), HotFix2.
