vmware ESX4.0 interfaces/guests not showing

I'm trying to add an ESX4.0 server. I think I have SNMP enabled correctly on the VMware server. At least when I do a validate SNMP it passes. But it never shows any interfaces and when I finish adding it none of my guests show. Anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

NPM does not currently work with ESX 4.0.  With 4.0, VMWare completely changed their SNMP implementation and not all of the MIB's that were supported previously with 3.5 are there anymore.  We have opened defects/enhancements with VMWare on this already.
