F5 Big-IP Link Controller

We have an F5 Big-IP Link controller model 1600. I added it to NPM and I can monitor most things now except the ethernet interfaces show very little traffic. CPU and disk volumes look fine but the network interfaces show traffic such as 140bps instead of 20 meg or whatever. I tried looking at the universal poller but there seemd to be a lot of F5 devices and it wasn't celar which one to use. Has anyone else gotten this particular unit to work right in NPM?

I would suggest to get the OID for traffic by contacting F5 directly.Once you get the OID causing the problem,you could do a snmpwalk and see what results are coming from the device.

Here is one easy way to get the snmpwalk done.

You could install the following tool set(evaluation version) from Solarwinds website.

Here is the direct link http://www.solarwinds.com/products/toolsets/engineer.aspx

After installing,navigate to External tools-->Classic tools-->SNMP Tools-->MIB walk.This should help you to do a snmpwalk to the device in question.

Please post the OID(for traffic),a screenshot of the snmpwalk results for that particular OID and a screenshot of the actual value on the NPM GUI.

I opened a support ticket and a tech called me but was unable to setup a custom poller to monitor interface stats. Anyone else been able to do this yet on an F5 Big-IP 1600? I can monitor CPU and memory but not the traffic statistics of pool members or interfaces.
