Garbage pages on HP Blade Enclosures

We have server HP Blade Enclosures with Cisco 3020 switches. I have Orion monitoring all switch interfaces but whenever one on the interfaces go down I get pages full of nothing but garbage. Here is an example of what I get:

This happens on all of our blade enclosure alerts. Has anyone else run into this?

I am now starting to see garbage pages from my Cisco 7204 router when an interface goes down. Has anyone else seen anything like this or should I open up a ticket with support?
