Export to PDF

Ok I may just be missing something simple here but I cant seem to get this to work.....

any time I click on "export to pdf" I get "Export to PDF failed. Err: The remote server returned an error: (401)Unathorized"

any ideas?

If you look on the SolarWinds server under drive:/Program Files/SolarWinds/Orion I believe it is called permissionchecker.exe

Are you using HTTP or HTTPS for access to your Orion server?

I have found that Load Balancing causes havoc when using this feature. if you are using LBs, try to hit the server directly.

We are not using Load Balancing, all connections are direct
