change percentile %

Hi, I need to change the 95th percentile to 99th due to SLA contract with one customer. Is posble to create a a customer interface chart showing 99th percentile?

Found this in the web console settings page.

"Setting this value will add Percentile Annotation lines to Traffic, CPU Load, Memory, and Response Time charts.
Set this value to 95 to display 95th Percentile annotation lines on Charts.
Set this value to 90 to display 90th Percentile annotation lines on Charts."

Wonder if you can change it, pull report, and change it back?
