SLA Reporting

Question

Hi All.

I’m trying to write a report for SLA availabilityfor a set of nodes... The availability isn’t a problem but what im trying to dois highlight any nodes that fall outside of the SLA based on a custom propertyentry as different nodes have different SLA's as I don’t want separatereports..

Is this possible within Orion??

This is cut out of the Report Writer - it lists all the devices of a selected class that have less than 99.999% availability this fiscal year (FY13)

SELECT  TOP 10000 Nodes.CustomDeviceType AS CustomDeviceType,

Nodes.NodeID AS NodeID,

Nodes.VendorIcon AS Vendor_Icon,

Nodes.Caption AS NodeName,

Nodes.IP_Address AS IP_Address,

AVG(DailyNodeAvailability.Availability) AS AVERAGE_of_Availability

FROM

Nodes INNER JOIN DailyNodeAvailability ON (Nodes.NodeID = DailyNodeAvailability.NodeID)

WHERE

( DateTime BETWEEN 41181 AND 41545 )

AND

(

(DailyNodeAvailability.Availability <= 99.99) AND

(

(Nodes.ConnectionType = 'Backbone'))

)

GROUP BY Nodes.CustomDeviceType, Nodes.NodeID, Nodes.VendorIcon, Nodes.Caption, Nodes.IP_Address

ORDER BY 1 ASC, 4 ASC

You would most likely have to create this with custom SQL
