I already raised a case regarding this issue where Vivace Network Equipments doesn't display any readings.
When I try to validate the SNMP credentials, it is not always successful. If you'll be asking if the SNMP credentials supplied is invalid and try to recheck, we have already done this and SNMP credentials matches the equipment. What we can only view is the status of the node if it is "up" or "down". We cannot anymore monitor its' interfaces. The interfaces are with a "?" indicating an unknown interface.
The solarwinds support team already informed us to upgrade from 8.5.1 to 9.1 with service pack 3. We already did this and updated them but same issue still exists. They asked us to do MIB walk however, this shouldn't be done anymore if the version is upgraded.
Do you have any other issues with Vivace Network Equipments related to ours?
