Blank events in the Events Summary

I am seeing periodic blank messages in my Events log, has anyone seen this before and any idea how to fix it?

I'd be happy to paste a screenshot if someone can give me a brief how to on posting an image here.

What version is this>? What happens on the website when you drill down into that node for details?

Orion Network Performance Monitor 8.5.1 SP3

I can't drill down into it, there's no link on the x'd out event, so I'm not sure where it's coming from.
