Custom Thresholds

We monitor multiple clients in our data center. I *need* to set different thresholds for some clients. Can I do this? Anyone know how? Thanks.

Assuming you are using the advanced alerting engine, create a custom property in the nodes table (using the custom property editor) named "Customer" or something simliar. Set the value for this custom property for each node to be the customer name. Create seperate rules and add a Custom Properties:Customer == <customer name> condition in the trigger conditions. If you are using the basic engine, you can just select which nodes it applies to.

Sorry I had such a vague post. I need custom thresholds for each customer. For example Customer 1 wants 70% CPU utilization as a Warning level and 75% as the High level. Customer 2 wants 85% CPU utilization as Warning level and 90% as the High level. I understand how I can set the alerting for each customer. I need to set these for each customers site (ie login). The settings are set/changed from the admin page, then thresholds.
