Does anyone know how to set up Orion so that if an interface on a node goes down the node show a yellow warning state? Seems simple but I cannot find any settings to adjust.
I found what I was looking for. You need to create a map with only the interfaces you want to know the status of and then link your node icon (I use a custom map) to the new map. The status color of the node will change if one interface goes down.
If anyone has a better way please share.
In the map maker, if you go to object properties for the node, and check the box that says "Show child status also", you will get a red square on the bottom right of the green icon that will indicate that the node has an interface down.
