I need to collect call manager statistics from ShoreTel call manager servers. I have imported a couple of SAM templates and assigned them, but they only contain windows service monitors. Does anyone know if there are WMI performance objects available for ShoreTel?
Conversely, might I use custom SNMP OIDs to develop custom pollers for this purpose? In other words, is this a job for NPM or VNQM, or both in combination?
