Please try the following:
- If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.
- Go to the Site Home Page
When checking the address bar you find orionms/.../www.excite.com. I don't how to resolve what a ppears to be a minor issue, but it does add to the frustration with Solarwinds when such simple things get broken after they used to work, and that they haven't been fixed even after SP3. The other issue is just a simple and frustrating. When using the Custom list fo reports feature fo r the web page when you access that report the following error appears Cannot load report from "C:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\\Reports\Tom\DCN Managed Service_Integrated Services Circuit Inventory.OrionReport" notice the double slashes between Orion and reports. These are two rather simple features but we use them a lot when we can. Prior to 8.x we never had a problem. Since we have never been able to use these features. And after making it SP3 i would have thought these simple issues could have been fixed by now. I guess we still don't pay enough for support to expect the feature to work. Very disappointed in the support we receive after having the price raised so much over the previous year. We will have to really debate whether or not to continue with this product.
