memory utilization reports by NPM are out of whack

Can you please tell me what I need to fix this problem?

All of my router (cisco 6500K)

NPM report all them to be 90% utilization when in fact the router only use 40% of installed memory, 60% are free.

Thank you for the reply, but that doesn't help. The router report only 40% memory utilization and yet NPM reports 90%, that become a false alarm.
