All of my reports that have a host name field show an IP address not the DNS name. Is there a way to change this? I'd like it to use the DNS or system name.
If you ping the system name from the command line, does it resolve to the correct IP address?
It does. all the devices are in DNS.
From a windows command line, please run the following:
ping -a <IP Address>
Please post a screenshot of what you get back.
Wish it was that easy. I've got the development team looking into it now.
