If you re-run the import utility do you get the same error? What is in the problem details?

Sure does. Looks like this process doesn't get shut down when we run the configuration wizard. We DO have a couple maps that reference background on external websites (weather maps).

OK, if you have not already, I would open a ticket with support so they can help you figure out what is causing the problem
