Has anyone noticed that the poll per second tuning application is missing from 10.2.1? I looked in the release notes and there is nothing about this listed. Can some one from Solarwinds address this question?
Beginning with the NPM 10.2 release (Fall 2011), SolarWinds optimizes monitoring performance by automatically balancing polling rates and polling intervals in heavy polling environments.
There is a Knowledge base article on this. To get to it; go to Settings>Polling Engines>Learn More (It is on the Polling Rate line)

The following Applications have been removed in 10.2:
Polls Per Second Tuner (Job Engine and Collector Services does this automatically)
System Manager (Moved to the Web Console, Alerts have been moved to Alert Manager Applications)
Monitor Polling Engines (Moved to Web Console)
