Syslog Time off by 4 hours

On my Network summary page or any other page that shows syslog information the time is off by 4 hours. This is for all devices. I check the device and it shows the correct time. My other syslog servers work fine. If I check the time on the Orion server it is correct as is the time on the top right of the Orion web page. If I go to the syslog viewer on the server the time is correct. So why is the time wrong on the web page?

Hi,

Not sure what is the issue...

Is the time synchronized on the Database server?

Which Regional Settings are applied on the Orion NPM Server and Databae server?

Are they in the same time zone?

What are the time zone/regional settings of the computer you are using to connect to the web console?

The time zones (Eastern Standard Time) and clocks are in sync on the Orion server, database server, and computer connecting to Orion via browser.

I am having the same problem also. I'm in central standard and the logs are 5 hours ahead.

Add me to the list. EST all syslogs are 4 hours ahead. Time is synced across the network.

Same problem. I am in MDT. Last XX Syslog Messages shows 6 hours ahead.

The problem is in the hands of the developers, they are investigating the issue.

Please open a support ticket to get updated whenever developers provide further information about this to the support team. If you could generate diagnostics with the website in the debug mode and send them to your support case that would provide further examples to the dev team.

We're seeing something similar..

On our main page we have the Last 25 Syslog messages displayed, those look fine, but I went into a device which has the last 25 Related messages and they're 6 hours off..
