Network Performance Monitor 9.1 SLX all nodes have disappeared from the Node tree

Hi all. I’m having a problem with Network Performance Monitor 9.1 SLX. All nodes have disappeared from the Node tree. They are still in the data base and if I go into the custom property editor they are all still there. And they are on the web page and manageable there but not in System Manager. I have recently (two weeks ago) reloaded everything and put the data base on a SQL server but it had all been working for about a week and we came in Monday and it was all gone. Any ideas would be welcome.

This is most likely attributed to the left pane in the System Manager being "closed"... If you click the left gray bar in the left margin and pull it open - you should find all your nodes...

Best recommendation here would be to open a support case and since you are on 9.1 ensure you are running the latest SP which is SP5 and also consider upgrading to 9.5 SP3 as well

I appreciate the advice but it’s not the left pane closed. I can add new devices and they show up there for a few minutes and then disappear. Their not gone from the data base, they show up on the web page and I can manage them and put them in groups but they don’t show up in the node tree. I’ve been going through every setting I can find with no luck.
