Custom Property Editor Data Missing

Question

My data is gone when I opened up Custom Property Editor under advanced options on my SLX Enterprise server.  All my data, and custom properties still work/available via the Web admin.   Where is the source file located that the Custom property editor sources from ?   I will try to import into the CPE.

New install of V9.1 sp-5.  New server/DB,, CPE has no node data after importing 300 cisco devices... Netmanage, Web, all work,, but blank CPE.

I tried that procedure, but no results.  All cells are blank. If you know where the source data file is kept/updated, I could try to re-import as a .csv ... lt does update via the Web admin.. seems like a .Net framework problem between the Custom property editor and the database.    I did reboot the system also.

You may need to update your Report Schemas as follows:
 
Open the Custom Property Editor tool
Right click on a blank grey area of the Toolbar, and go to ‘Customize..’
Click the Commands tab
Under the “Commands” section, scroll down and find the “Update Report Schemas” button. Drag this to your Toolbar and click on it.

There have been several posts regading this installtion failure.

For our install this is now a "normal" process since verion 9.0.  After each SP or upgrade we follow the above procedure.  Get used to it until the installer is repaired.
