how to set different event times for components under same application monitor.

Hi,

Have a question if I set up a Application Monitor under SAM and then set say 3 component monitors underneath it using SQL Experience Monitor.

But we want to set conditions that this runs under the following schedual.

Component 1 run on Monday 8pm

Component 2 daily after 8pm

Component 3 every 30 minutes

Is it possible to have a different polling frequency or specific time for each component?

1. Polling is set at application level and not component level - hence from what I understand that would not be possible

2. But then if your question is related to alerts associated with these components - we can control this functionality in alerting part for specific components (you can specify when alerts should be active for a particular component)
