Orion 9.1 & Eng Toolset

Question

anyone else getting a failure when using the Toolset interface on a BANDWIDTH GAUGE from an Orion device detail view?

i get this error after it goes through BASELINING...PLEASE WAIT

Error polling nodename ip_address Timeout.

but if i use the Eng Toolset as standalone on those same interfaces it does not fail.

I believe this issue is how we're launching the gauge from the Orion website.  This is slated to be in the next service pack for 9.1.  I don't have an official date for it yet, but I can say that we're close to wrapping up the dev work on it.

Yes! I'm having the exact same issue. Engineer's Toolset Bandwidth Gauge works fine from multiple PC's. However, if I try to view real-time statistics from the Orion website, I get that error. I tried using the toolset running on the same server as Orion and it works fine.

Anyone else? I'm hesitant to call support since I usually don't have good luck.
