-Open Orion Service Manager and stop all services
-Click Control Panel > Programs and Features, and uninstall the following:
-SolarWinds Job Engine v1
-SolarWinds Job Engine v2
-SolarWinds Collector
-SolarWinds Information Service
-Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\Installers
-Run the following msi files:
-CollectorInstall.msi
-JobEngine.msi

1. Right click on the JobEngine.msi
2. Select Properties
3. Click on compatibility Tab
4. Compatibility Mode == Run this program in compatibility mode for: ==
5. Previous version of Windows or Windows XP, then Apply
6. Execute JobEngine.msi
-JobEngine.v2.msi
-InformationService.msi
-Go back to programs and features in the control panel and find "Orion Core Services" - right-click this and choose Repair. This will run the config wizard

you can launch the Orion diagnostics utility from the SolarWinds server, and click on 'Active Diagnostics'. It gives you a color coded report and you can look at the reds for any obvious issues

in parallel, best to open a support ticket
