CPU & Memory not staying checked

Version 12.0 NPM

When I list resources and check CPU & Memory and submit it is not staying checked.

I go back into any of the nodes (Cisco 1921) the CPU & Memory are unchecked.

Is this normal, expected behavior?

I am actually experiancing this same issue but in Server and Application manager on my ESX hosts. only 1 out of the 8 will stay checked.
