Poll now permission for Read only user

Hi All,

I am looking for the option to give poll now permission only to read-only user in management widget. Is it possible? Anyone tried?

If i am selecting "yes" for manage node , it allows user to edit the node as well and other options also. Can we limit the button options highlighed in management widget ?
