V7.7 Syslog Severity/Facility Blank?

Hi All,

Upgraded to Version7.7 this morning which went without a hitch. I added the Sylog page to the customized views so I get the link at the top of the page. All looks OK apart from the fact that if I click on the drop down menu for either Severity or Facility there are no options (just says 'All Facilites' or 'All Severites')?

Also, if I go onto the Server itself and go to Syslog Server, Add New Rule, both of these fields are blank (i.e. there are no options to check)? It's as though I need a plug in to install these extra options...

Has anyone come across this issue or have any ideas?

I had the same problem, and solarwinds support responded with Re-run the configuration wizard.It fixed the problem

Contacted Solarwinds and as you said, re-running the configuration wizard solved the problem...bit odd but it worked!

Thanks for posting this folks. I had the same issue and was happy to see the thread. Especially since it's a little past quitting time on the eve of a Long weekend.
