new user here, ive got a setup with a few thousand nodes and volumes. i have found the location for specifying the general polling frequencies, and also where to configure specific polling frequencies for nodes/ volumes. however im after more granular data than the polling statistics happening every minute. i was wondering if anyone knew if this was possible.
i might have the wrong end of the stick.
i have got:
Node Status Polling: 10s
Collect Statistics every 1 min
Poll for Topology Data every 30 min
Volume Polling: 10s
Collect Statistics every 1 min
from what i can see when i look in the SQL DB, i get an entry every minute. im trying to do some troubleshooting and was hoping i could use SolarWinds for more granularity. if i cant get more frequent polling then i shall move to using something else, but as ive already got my reports set up, i figured it would be convenient.
hopefully ive explained well enough that someone is able to give me some advice, and i appologise now if this has already been asked.
