change time format to 24hr in Network Perf Monitor

I'm running version 7.1 of network performance monitor and I'm trying to change the chart time format to 24hr. When the chart isn't displaying am or pm it's difficult to tell what time it is showing

NPM charts use the local time format set by the Regional Settings (within the Windows Control Panel).
Also, try reducing the chart font size from medium to small or increasing the size of the charts. This will allow it to display more date/time information.
