Is it possible (or is there already something which exists) which will tell me about resources on across all nodes which are not being monitored? For example a server may have a C: and D: drive, but only C: is being monitored for space utilization. on the flip side a report which list which resources for each node are being monitored?

I am also looking for this kind of report. Specifically Physical servers that the hardware Health sensor resource is not checked. Or is not an option.

Nope , its not possible as this is not stored in Solarwinds anywhere unless its checked and added to monitoring

If its only Hardware health Sensors that you are talking about you will get to see what Hardware sensors are deployed on which device using the below option

Thanks, this helps. but is there a way to run a report on the ones that are checked? This way i can compare that to the physical server list and find the ones that are NOT monitoring hardware health.
