Clear advanced alerts from NPM website

How do I clear the Advanced Alerts posted in the Active alerts section of the All Triggered Alerts (aka - Active Alerts)posting that NPM adds to the website.

I have acknowledged the alerts, but they remain listed in this section.

Help with this would be appreciated.

You can clear out advanced alerts in Sys MGR by unchecking the alerts in edit and then refreshing the alert events. This will clear them out in the Web interface.

I tried that, but that did not work.

I fixed it setting a Reset Condition in the Alert. If there is no reset condition, the alert will remain as an active alert.
