unmanaged notify email settings

Question

I do receive an email after an item is placed into an unmanged state.  Where are these settings?

I would like to change or verify the frequency of these emails.

Yes I do have alerts which trigger when the down device return to the up status.But the email I receive states that the device is unmanaged nothing about being up.  If this is the case what causes the email, and what is the time interval?

When you unmanage a node in Orion it updates the node's status in the database to 9 (1 is up, 2 is down, 3 up but one or more interfaces are in an Unknown state etc...)

You might have setup an alert that triggers when a node is not up. When a node is unmanaged, it fits in this scenario.
