Y Axis Modifications in Chart Editing

Hello,

Does anyone know if it's possible to modify the "Y Axis" on charts? Specifically, to change the range from 0 - 100% to something like 0 - 20%? I've got a router WAN interface with very low utilization (< 2%) that's reflected as a simple "flat line" on the chart. I'm thinking that if I change the range from 0 - 100 to 0 - 20%, I'd (and more importantly my mangement) be able to see much greater detail.

I don't know if this is something we do currently and based on the fact that the community hasn't chimed in, I'm led to believe we don't. So I'm going to mark this for the PM to review and see if it needs to be added to the feature list.
