linux system idle cpu usage included in total cpu usage

Tripoint_Operations

got a situation with a linux node where the CPU usage is reported as 98% idle and 2% in use but orion is reading that as 100% used as idle is a system process that is doing nothing

the system is performing fine, no lag etc as there is little to NO cpu usage at all but it's being reported as incorrect in the overview page.

any idea how to resolve it? is orion picking up incorrect metrics from somewhere?
