Hi all,
when we are adding a new firewall into solarwinds, all the time all the interfaces are listed selected during discovery via snmp.
We can either deselect all interfaces or select active interface but what I want to achieve is that some interfaces e.g lo0, ppe0, lsi
should be deselected automatically during discovery.
The reason is that when we are adding a new node we all the time have to deselect around 10-15 interfaces and I am trying to
find an automated way of doing this. I hope someone can shed some light on this.
I am relatively new on NPM. I have installed a test platform and reading the guide but any help in the mean time is appreciated.
